What are the symptoms of bleeding gums in Murphy ?

Symptoms of Murphy's sign include:

1.Right lower abdominal tenderness (McBurney's point).

2.Positive Carnett's sign.

3.Positive Murphy's sign.

These symptoms are suggestive of acute appendicitis. However, Murphy's sign is not very sensitive and should be used in combination with other symptoms and signs for accurate diagnosis. Additionally, Murphy's sign can also be positive in cases of cholecystitis or gastric perforation, but the positive signs in these cases are usually mild.
